  • Requests submitted after 60 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of circumstances.

  • Only original purchases made directly through trynaturelle.com are eligible. Orders placed through third-party retailers or resellers are not covered.

3.  Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4.  Agreement to This Policy

By completing a purchase on trynaturelle.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy in full.

  • Agreement to this policy is implicit at the time of purchase and does not require a separate signature.

  • Naturelle reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

  • Naturelle reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.

  • Abuse of this policy — including fraudulent claims or repeat refund requests — may result in being permanently ineligible for future refunds.
